My PPC journey

In 2003, when I started my ecommerce business, I quickly realised that digital marketing was the way ahead. Over the next few years I underwent training, developing a geeky passion for Google Ads. I realised that I wanted to specialise in search and get that buzz from helping companies.

By 2010 I was working with both B2C and B2B businesses.

Since then I have worked in-house for a multi-million pound merchandise distributor, and two of the south west’s best digital agencies. I’ve developed not only the experience to run highly successful paid media campaigns, but also strategies and skills which go beyond simply serving ads to people on google.com.

In my time with a Google Premier Partner agency, I was lucky enough to be trained by the highest level teams at Google.

My motivation

I enjoy getting excellent results for clients, and seeing their companies grow and thrive.

Having run my own businesses, and worked with those who were frustrated by their previous agency, I'm aware of the importance of clarity in how I communicate what the strategy is, and the tactics I am using. It's important that you know what value you are getting from your ad campaigns, and my services.

I (usually!) welcome the fast changing nature of digital advertising - which means you don't have to keep up with it! I've always been committed to learning the latest in the industry, whether that's best practice coming out of Google, or the best use of data - that's how I give my client the performance they need.

When not working I love motorcycling, walking, foreign holidays, good food and generally making the most of living in Cornwall.
